We are Payton Atkinson and Peyton Elkind and together we are co-candidates for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign. As Juniors at New Smyrna Beach High School, we are leading team Cudas for A Cure focused on patient advocacy and raising as much as possible to help find a cure for blood cancer. Student Visionaries of the Year is a groundbreaking philanthropic leadership development program for high school students. Every year, courageous young leaders embark on an exciting 7-week fundraising competition with a goal to create a world without blood cancers, striving to earn the Student Visionary of the Year title. Our team goal is $20,000 and we need YOUR help! 

Donations in any amount will go towards:

• Funding cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
• Providing free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilizing thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
