I am so proud to be a part of team Panthers Against Cancer this year in the Leukemia & Lymphoma (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much money as possible for LLS's mission; to cure cancer and improve the quality of life for current cancer patients and their families. 

I am dedicating my time to LLS for the very first time this year in honor of a family member: Rukhsana Asghar (née. Malik), who we lost to an aggressive form of cancer. She left behind three children: Huzaifa, Sharmeen, and Ummulbanin, and will forever be loved and missed, especially by her sister, Rumana. Her long journey with breast cancer, and her subsequent passing, affected so many people so deeply, and my participation in this campaign is in honor of her beautiful life. My goal this year is to raise $10,000 in donations, and I am sincerely grateful for all kinds of support; donating, sharing this page, and spreading my mission. Thanks to you, my efforts will contribute to making sure that this is the last generation to see cancer.
