Hi, my name is Jackie Prajka and I am a current senior at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. I am so excited to once again be participating in the Leukemia and Lymphoma's Society Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign. This year I am co-leading my team, Falcons 4 Change! Whether you know me through dance, school, family, or not really at all, I'm so glad you're here!

MY WHY

I joined this campaign in honor of my grandfather, John Cummins, and his battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. I am so thankful to say he is currently in remission thanks to LLS grants and experimental treatment! However, because he is only in remission, the cancer will likely return which is why there is still work to be done! Please help me save lives and be part of the generation that ends cancer!
