Grace's Student Visionaries of the Year Washington DC Fundraiser

Jan 13, 2024

Hi!

My name is Grace Gaenzler and I am a junior at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School. This year I am a part of the Cubs Crushing Cancer Campaign! I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise money and awareness for LLS’s mission. I am only 17 years old and in my lifespan, cancer has affected someone in my life on six different occasions. It became even more personal for me, when last September, my first friend in life, Ella, was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. I have accepted the challenge to help beat cancer. Please help in supporting me and those who cannot raise money for better cancer research and finding a cure for cancer. I have vowed this year to help raise at least $10,000 and with your help, I believe that is possible.

Please consider joining this fight by making a donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!

Thank you for your generosity!

Sincerely,

Grace Gaenzler

Every journey starts with a step. This was a little step over a root on the trail. Keep on going. A 10,000 ft summit is a good sized mountain to climb.
