When I was younger I would always hear news of family or close friends getting diagnosed with some sort of cancer. However, I never understood the severity cancer had on people's lives until witnessing how crippling it can be when a close friend got diagnosed. I wanted to do something to help other people's journeys. When I was told about Lymphoma & Luekemia Society I was immediately compelled to join. Lymphoma & Leukemia Society gives me the opportunity to help people who are suffering from this disease, raise money and awareness for them, and change people's lives overall.
