Hi! My name is Sophia Lucci and I am a junior at Walt Whitman High School. When I first joined LLS last year I was unsure of how the process worked but with the help of my team leaders, I knew I was able to get things done and help out millions of cancer patients all around the world. This year, with Vikes fight 4 Cures I hope we can follow in that same path!  I decided to dedicate my time to LLS and SVOY because I have always been inspired by people who have done great things to help others in need. Loved ones and acquaintances in my life have suffered from different cancers and diabetes and it's time that we raise awareness on their behalf as well as so many others. I am excited and determined to see what this team has to come this year!
