Hi! I am Natalie Howell. I am 16 years old with an older brother and an older sister. I attend Holy Child, an all-girls private school in Potomac, MD. I play tennis and enjoy spending time with friends and family.

What you need to know about LLS and blood cancer in general:

- LLS is the largest voluntary health organization that is committed to funding money to research for blood cancer

- Precisely every 9 minutes someone in the U.S. dies from blood cancer

Why am I participating in SVOY?

- I am participating in SVOY mainly because my grandpa died from blood cancer due to a lack of blood cancer research and medical treatment at the time. 

What do the donations do?

- The money goes towards supporting patients and their families as well as continuing blood cancer research!

My fundraising goal:

- With all of the donations I am aiming to raise 8,000 dollars!
