As you know, everyone wins when cancer loses. Thanks to your support, my efforts will help fund therapies and treatments that are saving lives. Over the years, support from people like you has been responsible for the blood cancer advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers.
 
Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. And LLS-funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day. We really are getting close to our goal of a world without blood cancers!

My little brother Rajan inspires me to fundraise for LLS. Rajan was diagnosed with an extremely rare type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia in January 2019. He underwent two and half years of harsh chemotherapy treatments and numerous procedures. In May 2021, he finally reached remission. Unfortunately, Rajan relapsed this past November. Since traditional chemotherapy and new study drugs did not work, Rajan was forced to turn to a new treatment called CAR-T cell therapy, which he received in the past few weeks. Without research funded by donors like you, he would not have been able to receive this new life-saving therapy. Please consider donating to fund further research for new treatments to save Rajan’s and many others’ lives. Thank you so much for your support, it means so much to me and the mission of LLS.
