Hi! I am excited to share that I have joined an important campaign with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). My best friend Ava Marshall introduced me to LLS and the amazing work they are doing to save lives, and her work over the past 2 years has inspired me to join. Over the next 7 weeks, I will be working to raise money to fund therapies and research that will save lives. In addition, I hope to help my team earn the prestigious Students of the Year title. I'm writing to tell you about the program and to ask for your support.
 

Over the past few months, I've learned so much about this amazing organization and the progress they are making, and I have been inspired by the personal stories of blood cancer survivors. Over the years, LLS has been responsible for advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers.

Even more exciting, many of the LLS-supported therapies are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers.  LLS-funded drugs are now saving thousands of lives every day.  We are closer than ever to our goal of a world without blood cancers! 

 All donations are tax-deductible and will support LLS research, patient services, advocacy, education, and community services as well.
