I am excited to share that I have Signed up to Save Lives with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS)!  My friend Ava Marshall introduced me to LLS and the amazing work they are doing, and her work over the past 2 years has inspired me to help as well.  Over the next 7 weeks, I am working with the LLS 2022 Student of the Year campaign to raise AS MUCH $$$$ AS POSSIBLE to end cancer.  Every dollar we raise goes directly to vital LLS programs to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients & their families.

This is important to me because everyone wins when cancer loses.  With your support, my efforts will help fund important therapies and treatments that are saving lives.  Over the years, support from people like you has made possible blood cancer advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases even quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers.
 
Even better!  Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers AND are in clinical trials for patients fighting lung, brain, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers.  And LLS-funded drugs (like targeted therapies & immunotherapies) save thousands of lives EVERY DAY!
 
I've lost loved ones to cancer, like my uncle Stephen & 'uncle' Ali.  Unfortunately, it seems like most people have been touched by cancer and lost a friend or family member.  That's why I'm fighting - for those who can't.  Our goal is a world without cancer and we are getting closer every day.
