What a year it has been due to covid. Unfortunately, families all over the world are still battling this awful disease we call cancer. I strongly enourage that you support The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) by donating to my fundraising page. By donating to LLS, you support the many facets of LLS’s mission work from investing in groundbreaking research, providing education and support to patients, and advocating at the state and federal level for legislation to help those living with cancer. My Mom, Michelle Benaim, was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer when I was about 10 years old. As a little girl, I would sit with her in her hospital room and watch as she goes through chemo treatments. Sadly, after my mom was in remission her cancer came back and she passed away in September of 2017. Nobody should have to go through the pain of losing a family member to cancer, let alone fight for their lives after being diagnosed. I have made it my goal in life to strive to do whatever I can to stop this awful disease from taking anyone else. By supporting my team Fight 4 a Cure, you are helping so many families that are battling cancer. My personal goal is to raise 45,000 dollars for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and I hope you can help me reach it!
