Thank you for visiting my fundraising page, welcome! My name is Griffin Hoch and I am a sophomore at The Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland. My Hebrew name Simcha means "a blessing". I was named in memory of my mom's best friend who lost a courageous battle to cancer. Two months before I was born, she passed away leaving behind her husband and their four young children. She was a blessing to all and her passing left a painful void in her family's lives and to those who had been lucky enough to know her. Sadly there are way too many families who have tragically experienced the loss of a loved one due to cancer. 

I am excited to be a part of a team of my peers who want to put an end to this disease. Please help us by making a donation to the Leukemia/Lymphoma society so that we can help find a cure!
