Hi! My name is Peyton Gordon and I am a member of the Close Cares team entered in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Student of the Year Campaign. Please join me in supporting LLS by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. Thanks to your support, LLS will help fund the therapies and treatments and help save lives today. 

My grandmother who is currently fighting breast cancer is the reason I decided to join the Close Cares team. Though LLS' primary focus is blood cancer research, many LLS supported therapies are being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled. I know that is is my role, not only as a team member, but as a granddaughter to do whatever I can to support cancer research.

We really are changing the face of cancer!
