My name is Delaney Potter, Welcome To My Fundraising Page.

I am a sophomore at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, MD, and I am excited to be teaming with LLS as part of Team LMJD vs. Cancer in hopes of raising enough funds to put an end to this disease.  We all know someone who has been affected by cancer; whether  a neighbor, a friend, a classmate, a colleague or a family member.  In 2011, my Pop Pop, Ted Potter,  lost his battle with Multiple Myeloma after a courageous fight.  I remember sitting on my parents' bed when my dad told me Pop Pop had died, and a little piece of my heart broke.  By raising funds so LLS can find a cure I hope to help prevent another little girl's heart from breaking.   Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. No donation is too big OR too small.  Every dollar will make a difference.   With your support, my efforts will help fund therapies and treatments and help save lives today. LLS's continued advancements over the years are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.
