Welcome to Abigail Akers' SOY Fundraising Page!
Cancer. This topic is often the awkward elephant in the room no one wants to discuss, but my team, the Red Elephants, have decided to address this by spreading awareness and raising money to benefit blood cancer research. With your help, our team can make a difference in the world of blood cancer patients and help to save the lives of cancer patients. Only 60 years ago, the five-year survival rate for children suffering with Leukemia was 3%. Today, with the help of LLS, the survival rate has been raised to 90%. Real change is underway, and I want you to be apart of it.
The LLS Student of the year Campaign is a seven-week challenge beginning on January 11th and ending on March 3rd. We are counting on you to help us reach our big and bodacious goal of $50,000. You can donate to this wonderful campaign via auction items, advertisements, sponsorships from companies, and direct donations. All are valued forms of contribution, and all donations are tax deductible.
Thank you in advance for your support. I am counting on you to help me make a difference. Together we can stomp on cancer! I wish you a happy and healthy 2018!
Sincerely,
Abigail Akers
