Welcome To My Fundraising Page!

I am happy to announce I am participating in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2020 Students of the Year (SOY) campaign for Kyle’s Army 2.0, representing Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.  LLS’s mission is to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

I am  doing this campaign in honor of Kyle Fritschi, the brother of our co-candidate, Sara. As a freshman at Good Counsel, Kyle was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. After a hard fought battle, Kyle was in remission in May 2015. The following year, Kyle ran as candidate for Kyle’s Army. My goal is to insure that no other child or family has to enduire the Fritschi’s battle. 

I also have a goal of inspiring other kids and teenagers to participate in the Student of the Year Campaign. While attending St. Elizabeth Catholic School, past students would return to share about their own campaigns and how we could support. Because of them, I knew I wanted to follow in their footsteps and join the fight against blood cancer. By inspiring more kids to participate in this campaign, we can elimatinate blood cancer, and eventually all cancer. Clearly, the campaign has worked, as 43 of the 49 FDA approved treatments for blood cancer patients since 2017. 

Every dollar contributed is a step forward in the development and research that could save someone’s life. Together, we can eliminate blood cancer for good, and grow closer to ending all cancers. Thank you for your time and generosity in helping Kyle’s Army 2.0 in the fight against blood cancers!
