In Honor of Kelly Brodnik

Jan 16, 2020

I am participating, along with my team, in Student's of the Year Campaign because of our schoolmate Kelly Brodnik, who passed away last September. In her honor, I am committed to doing everything I can to help others like her. Join the fight to end cancer! #foreverkellystrong

About Me

Jan 17, 2020

Hello family and friends! Currently, I am in 10th grade at Georgetown Visitation and I am proud to be participating in The Student of The Year Campaign! I am so excited to be on S.W.A.T. 3.0 and have this amazing opportunity to raise money for a wonderful cause. Being on this team has been a wonderful experience for me and I look forward to the rest of the campaign!

Our team has put in lots of work over the last couple of months and are ready for the campaign to kick off!

I hope that you will consider donating and know that The money you contribute will be helping to cure cancer! Look out for more updates and events from me as the campaign continues.

Thank you!!

Welcome to Grace Trifilo’s SOY Campaign!

Welcome To My Fundraising Page!

I am honored to be participating in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2020 Students of the Year (SOY) campaign, a seven-week initiative in which high school students from around the country are nominated to participate in a fundraising competition to benefit LLS’s mission: to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

I am raising funds in honor of Kelly Brodnick, a member of the Georgetown Visitation community who passed away last year, and  those who are currently battling or are in remission from a blood cancer. Each dollar is a vote and the team that raises the most money at the end of the seven weeks is named Students of the Year. As a team, our mission is to not only raise the most money but also to bring attention to blood cancers like leukemia, which is the most common form of cancer in children and teens.

S.W.A.T. 3.0's main mission is to strengthen our communication skills through out philanthropic efforts and to share our cause with those around us. Every dollar donated counts towards the cause, no matter how large or small.

Join S.W.A.T. 3.0 in our fight against cancer!
