Dalton Burke | Team S.W.A.T 3.0
Welcome to Dalton Burke's SOY Fundraising Page!

I cannot believe there are less than two weeks left! I have learned so much along this seven week journey and am excited to see where my team can go. Thank you to all my family and friends that have shown me support along the way.
Week Two

Week two has just begun! I am excited to see what this new week brings, and am so grateful for all the love and support my team has been shown. Thank you so much!
Kelly Brodnik

I am participating, along with my team, in Student's of the Year because of our schoolmate Kelly Brodnik, who passed away last September. The way our community came together truly inspired me to partake in SOY. I was able to witness that in difficult times of sadness, true friendship and love are invaluable.
In the seven weeks, starting January 18, I hope to further this sense of community and love, in an effort to beat cancer! #Foreverkellystrong
Hello 2020

Hi family and friends! 2020 is off to a great start, and I am anticipating the kickoff to the Student's of the Year (SOY) Campaign!
I am a sophomore at Georgetown Visitation with a passion to help people, which sparked my interest in SOY. I love to meet new people through unique opportunities and am eager to tackle challenges in this amazing experience.
My team and I have been hard at work, and are so excited for the fun to begin. Look out for future posts about upcoming events and donation opportunities. #S.W.A.T 3.0

Welcome To My Fundraising Page!
I am honored to be participating in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2020 Students of the Year (SOY) campaign, a seven-week initiative in which high school students from around the country are nominated to participate in a fundraising competition to benefit LLS’s mission: to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
I am raising funds in honor of Kelly Brodnick, a member of the Georgetown Visitation community who passed away last year, and those who are currently battling or are in remission from a blood cancer. Each dollar is a vote and the team that raises the most money at the end of the seven weeks is named Students of the Year. As a team, our mission is to not only raise the most money but also to bring attention to blood cancers like leukemia, which is the most common form of cancer in children and teens.
S.W.A.T. 3.0's main mission is to strengthen our communication skills through out philanthropic efforts and to share our cause with those around us. Every dollar donated counts towards the cause, no matter how large or small.
Join S.W.A.T. 3.0 in our fight against cancer!
