Welcome to my fundraising page,

I am honored to participate in the 2019 Students of the Year program, a seven-week initiative in which select high school students from around the country participate in a fundraising competition to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). LLS is a determined corporation recognized for its efforts in saving lives every day. Through mass fundraisers such as this one, LLS is able to push its level of research to even greater endeavors.  We are proud to be raising critical dollars in honor of a young patient hero who is currently battling or is in remission from blood cancer. Our mission is to not only raise the most money but also to bring attention to blood cancers like leukemia, which is the most common form of cancer in children and teens.

I have witnessed first hand the long lasting effects and trauma of this disease in my community. We all know those impacted by the battle against cancer. It is a battle that cannot be fought without the care and help of others. LLS will use the funds raised to fulfill its mission: To cure Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and Myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families. This organization remains a necessity for many people in their tireless battle of cancer.
