Students of the Year Washington DC
Bridget Keon | Team S.W.A.T. 2.0
Welcome to Bridget Keon's SOY Fundraising Page!
Dear friends and family,
I am so happy to announce that this January I will be representing Georgetown Visitation as a team member in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2019 Student of the year campaign. From January 10th through March 2nd of 2019, students across the country will be competing to see who can raise the most funds and awareness for LLS’s mission to cure blood cancers.
It is an honor to be part of such an amazing group of fellow students, but it is an even larger honor to know of the importance of the difference my team is making not only on blood cancers, but all types of cancers. I am working to fight for all of the lives lost, a fight that has become even stronger after the loss of a classmate earlier this year. Kelly Brodnik passed away from osteosarcoma, and my team’s battle is dedicated to not only Kelly, but all people affected by various forms of cancer. However, my team can not do this alone.
My personal goal is to raise $10,000 for the cause, and I need your help to do this. To access my personal fundraising page, you can click on the link down below. There are so many different opportunities to help support our efforts and partner with this worthy cause, and if you have already donated, I can not thank you enough. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, and I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to tell you more about this, as I am only a call, text, or email away.
