Hello! My name is Sarah Cotell and welcome to my fundraising page!

Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. Thanks to your support, my efforts, will help fund the therapies and treatments and help save lives today.

I was honored to be nominated to become a candidate in the Student of the Year Campaign with LLS. I know what it is like to lose someone to cancer and I intend to do everything I can to help those who are affected by this. When I was nine, my grandmother died after fighting with Leukemia. I also had an uncle and a close family friend die of colon cancer. Like many families across the map, my family and I know what it is like to watch a family member fight through cancer. I look forward to raising funds and awareness for those impacted by Leukemia! Please join me on my mission to save lives by donating today!

All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.

Please visit my website often and bring friends who would also like to donate!

On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere I thank you for your support!
For more information about LLS, please visit lls.org.

In Memory of Irene Cotell

Feb 18, 2021

My biggest motivation throughout this campaign has been my grandmother who died of Leukemia. Her journey is why I continue to work towards my goal with this project. Families across the country struggle with the grief of losing a loved one to cancer, my family and I know this kind of pain. I find inspiration knowing that the work I am putting in is helping ease some of the stress and anxiety cancer patients and their families face. By donating, you too can help the people in our community who have come face to face with cancer.
