Thank you for visiting my Student Visionary of the Year Fundraising Page.

I have chosen to take on this challenge in honor of my Mom.  In November of 2015, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkins lymphoma.  I was in the first grade.  I don't remember a lot of that time except when her hair fell out, all of the different hats that she had, and sitting at our neighbor's house when an ambulance had to come take her when she passed out from a blood hemorrhage during chemo treatments.  

We are thankful that since completing all of the chemotherapy and radiation treatments in June of 2016, my Mom has been cancer free and doing well.  I hope to support and raise money for research to find a CURE for cancer.

• Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
