Aislyn Soukup | Bullpups Beat Cancer
Aislyn's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
My name is Aislyn Soukup, I am a junior at McPherson high school, and I am very excited to be able to participate in a program called “Student Visionaries of the Year”! This is a 7 week fundraising opportunity where we try to earn as much money as possible for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. My team and I are called Bullpups Beat Cancer and we are doing this challenge in memoriam of Kaiden Schroeder. Kaiden would have been a senior this year but sadly passed away in 2017 from Leukemia. Although I did not personally know Kaiden, I saw all of the fundraisers, and all of the support for him and his family. When the opportunity came up, I was very excited to be able to help and support families like the Schroeders by focusing on and promoting the patient and family support pillar of LLS.
As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:
- Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
- Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
- Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
Please consider joining this fight by making a donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
Thanks to your support, my efforts will help ensure this generation is the last to see cancer.
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you!

In Loving Memory of my son (Aislyn's cousin) When he passed in a car accident he was going to be a organ donor. The following day we found out he had stage 2 Kidney cancer and wasn't able to be a donor. ForeverYoung, Forever Missed, Forever Loved.??
