"Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time." — Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Cancer has been a serious issue for many years and in order to make a real impact in todays world we, as a society, have to consider and take in this quote. As the days go by Cancer continues to take the lives of many people no matter the age or situation. This is the reason I decided to join the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). My personal why for joining this campaign is for my grandfather. My grandfather unfortunately passed around 5 years ago due to Lung Cancer. This loss was very hard for me and my family, therefore I have chosen to continue his fight by attempting to make a change in the world by joining LLS. Together we will build a better future, a cancer free future. 

I am a current high school junior at Atholton High School, together our team, Answer4Cancer are working towards earning as much money as possible for a better and cancer free future. These funds will go towards cancer research, spreading awareness and patient support. My personal goal for this campaign is $5000 and I can't do it without YOU.  I know that this is a big goal, but every dollar counts. With every dollar another life can be changed.
