My name is Victoria Richardson, and I am devoted to contributing to a world without blood cancers, nor myeloma. I attend Glenelg Country School where I am enrolled as a sophomore. I favor intrapersonal studies such as Psychology and Literature, and I enjoy reading in my free time. Due to this, I have done research on other aggressive cancers such as Medulloblastoma, located in the brain. Outside of school, I am a member of HopeWorks of Howard County, where our mission is to advocate and support members of the community that have been affected by intimate partner violence. Additionally, I have written for the Human Rights and Equity Department of Howard County, which allowed me to echo my voice on concepts of high importance to members of the committee. With Student Visionaries of the Year, I am able to reverberate that voice for the fight against cancer. 

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on that same vision - of a better world - one without blood cancers.

• Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
