I just wanted to post this to thank all the donors who donated through my webpage to support Fly4aCure! Seeing how much we've raised together in the past few weeks is really astonishing, but I think we can do more and fight blood cancer harder than ever.

If you haven't donated yet, or plan to donate again I strongly urge you to donate, as all donations are text-deductible and help cancer patients all around the world. If you are hesitant to donate then let me ask, why not? Blood Cancer is not something easy to go up against, but if we all work together I truly believe we can win this battle!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Rishi Sheth and I am freshman at Great Hills High School. I am so excited to share with you that I will be representing Fly4aCure from Southern Maryland as a team member in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) 2023 Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign(SVOY). Starting on January 14th to March 4th team Fly4aCure will be competing against other teams across the DMV to see who can raise the most funds and awareness for LLS’s mission to cure blood cancers.

As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:

• Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
• Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.

Ever since the popular 2018 kite festival in Southern Maryland, I have volunteered my time and supported the Fly4aCure campaign. Throughout my years of highschool, I plan to continue fighting blood cancer or any cancer in honor of my great aunt and cancer patients around the globe. This year my goal is to raise $5,000 to support blood cancer patients across the world. This campaign would not be possible without your help, support, and generous donations!
