Nicholas's Students of the Year Fundraiser
Hi everyone. My name is Nicholas Harazmus and I am a sophomore at the Landon School in Bethesda, Maryland. I am raising money for Leukemia research with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and want to raise as much as possible over the next seven weeks with my team White Out Blood Cancer 2 Liv. The reason I am participating in this campaign is because I am trying to make at least a small difference in cancer research. During Covid I grew out my hair and donated eight inches of it to children with cancer. I am campaigning in honor of my mom’s friend who passed away from Leukemia fifteen years ago. Since then, LLS research has funded a lifesaving treatment for his type of Leukemia. I am hoping to raise over $2,500 and help end other types of Leukemia. Thank you for your support!
(Before & After)
Many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS-funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. They'll not only support LLS research, but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
(Hair Donation)
Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you for your support! For more information about LLS, please visit www.lls.org

Good luck with your fundraiser Nicholas! My grandfather died of Leukemia in 1994 so this fundraiser has special meaning for me. Hugs to you!
