Hi! My name is Bridget Adams and I am so excited to be a team member on the 2022 Students of the Year campaign in support of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Over the next 7 weeks (February 5th through March 26th) my team and I will be working hard to raise our goal of $150,000. Every dollar raised counts as one vote for my campaign. The team that raises the most votes will win the title of Student of the Year, and I need YOUR help to make that happen! 

 I have had many family members pass from different forms of cancer, including my cousin and aunt. I want to help make a difference so that future generations do not have to face the same hardships. Every three minutes, someone around the world is diagnosed with a form of blood cancer. Leukemia is most prevalent to children, but all ages suffer from it. Imagine having to hear that your child has been diagnosed with Leukemia and that the chances of survival are slim. This is one of the hardest things to hear as a parent. Know that every donation counts no matter the amount! Thanks to your support, your efforts will help fund therapies and treatments that are saving lives. Over the years, support from people like YOU have changed the way we view blood cancer. We are hopeful and getting closer to finding a cure. Donations raised have funded blood cancer advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers.
