I am a team member participating in a fundraiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society( LLS). Leukemia is the number one blood cancer found in kids. Every three minutes someone is diagnosed with blood cancer and every nine minutes a blood cancer patient dies.

In the fight to end cancer, LLS is committed to doing more for blood cancer patients and families than any organization in the world. Since the 1960s, survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled. The survival rates will continue to increase if we all work together to make a difference.
