First of all, I would like to thank you so much for visiting my page and hopefully supporting me!

Many of you know me, but if you don't my name is Bridget Sevec, I am 15 years old, and a sophomore at Arundel High School in Maryland! I was nominated for this campaign by a close family friend, Mackenzie McCarter.  Mackenzie was first dianogsed with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) when she was 4 years old and relasped when she was 8.  I didn't understand much about cancer at that time and I didn't realize that the treatments that were keeping her alive, were also taking so much from her.  

I learned more about blood cancers when my close friend, Lucy Price's dad was diagnosed with Luekemia when we were both 8 years old.  This time, I saw how cancer really affected a person's life and family.  I watched as her dad had to go to the hospital for treatments and then lose his hair.  I saw again how much cancer took away from not just Mr.Scott Price, but also the whole Price family.  I am proud to say that Lucy has joined my team!
