Welcome to Tre Studgeon's SOY Fundraising Page!

About Me:

Hello, I am John Studgeon III. I am nicknamed Tre because I am the third. I am a sophomore in high school that does track and science club. My favorite things to do are playing video games and watching anime.

My Why:

I wanted to do this because I want to help people. My dad was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago. Since then we have always had people helping us and because of that I have still been able to do the things I love just as much. Most people do not get that chance. Some of these people feel hopeless or have had to give up things they love. I want to show hope by raising money to provide aid so these families can gain hope and a better desire to keep going because at that point the goal is closer.

Mission Statement:

To give hope to paitents and families that is needed to keep fighting by providing aid to make their goals a little closer. To give paitents a desire and not just an obligation to live by letting them be able to look forward to things. To have paitents look forward to living. To get people to learn about and remember diseases like leukemia and lymphoma with these events. Lastly to entertain to show that fun can be had in dark times.

About LLS:

Since the early 1960s, five-year survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled or even quadrupled. And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are helping patients with other cancers and serious diseases. In fact, drugs first approved for blood cancers are now approved to treat patients with stomach cancers, skin cancers, and autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.

We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
