Students of the Year Boston

Red Hawks | RedHawks for a Cure

Welcome to Red Hawks' SOY Fundraising Page!

Jan 18, 2019

As a team, we are all excited to begin to begin the Students of the Year program, a seven-week initiative in which select high school students from around the country participate in a fundraising competition to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. By donating to Redhawks for a Cure, you will be helping Adam, Garrett, and Shawn come closer to being students of the year, while also providing The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society with vital funds. While our goal is to raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, our mission is to bring attention to blood cancers like leukemia, which is the most common form of cancer in children and teens.

As a team, we have chosen to set an optimistic goal to raise $50,000. If we reach our goal of $50,000, we will be able to name a research grant in Garrett's grandfather's name.

All donations to support our campaign are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. Your donation will not only support LLS-funded research, but support patients who are currently battling blood cancers. Furthermore, your donation will help The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society come closer to their mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.

Please share this site with other friends, family, and colleagues to encourage them to donate as well.

On behalf of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Redhawks for a Cure,

Thank you
