I want to give people hope. I understand I am not going to be the person who completely shifts someone’s life, but I want people to laugh at my optimism, as long as it means they're laughing. I want to improve lives, even if it’s temporary, honor the young and old fighting everyday to live. I am here to honor those fighters and show that they have people in their corner. A team working for them and fighting so that one day they don’t have to keep fighting. I want to raise as much money as possible so kids don’t have to worry about the future or death and live in their present. I want to pump everyone with hope, those fighting blood cancers, their caregivers, and their community. A hope for a brighter future for everyone. I want people living with leukemia and lymphoma to know that there are people out there fighting for them and fighting for a better cure for their pain. I want to give people fist bumps, handshakes, and hi-fives with smiles on faces as we change lives. I want to see the last time that the cancer bell is rung. I want to be a part of a team that raised the money that made some kids' lives a whole lot less painful. I understand that I ALONE am not going to cure cancer, but I know damn well that I’m going to be a part of the team that does. Together we’re going to be the helping hands for whoever will.
