Hey Everyone! Welcome To Our Fundraising Page.

Our names are Julia Osborn and Etta Thomas, and we are Team Got CUREage.

We are long time friends and currently both seniors at Greenbrier High School who are thrilled to be partnering together on this 7 week journey to raise awareness and funds for LLS!

We are so excited to be running a campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Students of the Year, and we cannot wait to see the impact we can make along with each and every one of you. Community involvement is one of our team's main goals that we hope to achieve during this campaign, and we hope to reach our family and friends, near and far.

Both of us are extremely passionate about serving LLS's mission to find a cure to blood cancer, as cancer has affected both of us personally. We have both seen the impact that it has had on our family members as well as those in our community.

Etta's grandfather, Maj. Ronald E. Thomas was diagnosed with Acute Myeloblastic Leukemia in 2011 and, unfortunately, lost his battle to this horrible disease the following year. He is our team's WHY and one more reason we look forward to helping others affected by blood cancers along with bringing comfort to their families as they fight this unbearable battle.

Please join us in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. Thanks to your support, our efforts, will help fund the therapies and treatments and help save lives today.

LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.

And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.

We really are changing the face of blood cancer!

All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
