Hi everyone! I am Megan Sparks and I am so proud to say that I am a part of the Students of the Year program this year. I have become a part of this amazing opportunity in hopes of raising money for an amazing cause. All proceeds are donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help pay for therapies, treatment, and research. As many of my family and friends know, my most amazing best friend and father passed away on June 9th, 2020 due to gastric cancer. He fought a ridiculously hard and long battle for two continuous years. Ever since my dad passed, my friends and family have asked me what they can do to help me. I want this to never happen again. Cancer is the worst thing in the world and it takes away too many amazing people. I want to raise this money in hopes of helping people who are going through the same thing.  I am hoping you will come along with me on my journey and help me fight for the lives of those suffering from this awful disease and help me fight my Dad's battle that he couldn't finish.
