Hello, my name is Jay Khurana and I am participating in the Students of the Year campaign through the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The campaign engages high school students to be active in their communities by raising money for the research of cancer. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society funds research related to blood cancers and other cancers, with the goal to beat them once and for all!

This fundraiser is really near and dear to my heart, as it is in memory of my grandmother, Subash Khurana, who tragically passed away from Lymphoma 30 years ago. At the time, my dad was 19 years old and his sister was only 15. My grandmother was a hard-working, single mother who was a true inspiration to all. She passed away at an age far too young, all because of a disease that was caught too late. She is the reason I am doing this fundraiser, to stop people from suffering and losing their loved ones.

I am asking for your support in this endeavor, as we need all the help we can get to achieve my aggressive personal goal of $25,000, all in memory of Subash.
