Welcome to our team page! We are Nothing But Hope, a team of Senior candidates (Gabrielle Phillips, Rosanny Perez, Alexandra Osuji) from Liberty High School partaking in a seven-week fundraising competition called Student of the Year (SoY) through Leukemia Lymphoma Society. You have arrived at our fundraising page where you can easily donate funds to our campaign in order to fight against Leukemia and other blood cancers right here in the Lehigh Valley. Why should you donate? Because believe it or not, cancer affects all of our lives--I mean imagine if you were the parent of a child with Leukemia. Where would you be most of the day? In the hospital, trying to both convince your child that everything will be okay, while still making sure that doctors and specialists are doing all the can to ensure that the short little phrase you tell your child every day doesn't become a lie. Now, what is the last thing you would rather be doing? Worrying about all the money that it will cost to give your child the treatments they need and the hospital bills that will start adding up after all of your stays. Did you know that the average cost of a child being treated for leukemia is around $160,000? If you were making only $12.50 an hour in a single-parent household, how are you expected to pay for that? 

That's where we come in...

As an organization, we are committed to helping better the lives of the patients and families affected by blood cancers and with the money and resources donated to us across the country, we have the opportunity to help that single parent with a $12.50 salary pay for their child's illness and live comfortably doing so.
