The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on the vision of a better world, without blood cancers.

This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission. I am on the team cure chasers and am working alongside other students to reach our donation goal.

I chose to join this team in honor of my own grandmother and the many other people facing cancer. As a member of the student visionary campaign I am hoping to support the fight against LLS and to bring about change for those faced woth leukemia and lymphoma.

LLS is a global leader in the fight against blood cancers that funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medecine. The foundation provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including one-on-one support with enrolling in clinical trials, and more. In additon LLS mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
