Words can't even describe how grateful I am to each and every one of you here supporting me. It truly means the world that you are choosing to donate, even if it may only be $5, to a cause that is so present in our lives.

If people could see the impact that they are making, if they could even just for a moment begin to feel the feeling of pure joy that I get when a person donates to help, than I truly believe that the world would be a better place. A place where no one has to fight cancer alone. A place were we can always be there to support one another. A place where cancer doesn't get the last word.

Hello and welcome to my fundraising page!! Words can not describe how grateful I am that you are here to help support LLS and its mission.

My whole life I have felt a strong connection to people, and to helping others in any way that I possibly can. It's my passion to support each person in any way that I can, whether it is by raising money to help them in a time of need, or simply just holding the door open for them. My heart especially aches to help people and families that are affected by cancer, as I have many close friends and family members who have been diagnosed and some who have lost in their battle against cancer. 

So, it is my passion and mission through my campaign with LLS in these seven weeks to not only try and reach my team's fundraising goal of $15,000 (and hopefully to blow that goal out of the water), but to also bring light to a cause that I want the world to see. No one should have to fight alone, so let us all lend a hand and fight the battle against cancer together.

I am a visionary; I have a vision for a world without cancer, but I need your help.

This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission.

As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:

• Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
• Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
