My name is Scarlett Karmilowicz and I’m a junior at Rye High SchoolI have been given the opportunity to be a part of fighting for a life-changing cause. The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) holds an annual fundraiser for a blood cancer called Student of the Year, or SOY. My good friend, Cassidy Pagen is one of the many high school students candidates throughout Westchester/Fairfield County. Through the fundraiser, money is raised for LLS to find better treatments, find cures for blood cancers and save lives. I’m a part of Cassidy’s team, working hard to raise money for this incredible cause. Any and all donations help!
