Sara and I are so thankful for all the support you all have shown us this week. This was more support than we ever could expect. We understand some people want to help but aren't able to donate. For this reason, I want to talk about ways to help us if you can not donate. 
One way you can help is just spreading the word! There are many ways you can do this. One such way is to post on your social media. You can do this just by talking a little about LLS on your story and providing an easily accessible link, maybe in your bio. Another way is to personally ask people. You could send a group text with the link so that more people would get it or call people. This is more effective than some think as a majority of money raised  comes from personal asks. For people who have a job, you could ask your boss if they want to have an ad in the LLS program book which is given out at the "Grand Finale". This would not only help out business for your company, but all the money would be going to a great cause. 
There is an extra step you can take if you want to: join our team! Joining our team simply means helping out with the things stated above! You would essentially be fundraising with us so that we can expand our outreach. You would also have to attend a few meetings just so we could help you get started. Also, you would have your own fundraising "page" on this website. This just means that people can donate and it accounts for your personal goal; for example, our is 10,000 dollars. Make it as realistic as you can for your circumstance. For students, LLS can give you community service hours. Also, all donations made are tax-deductible if that matters to you!
