Peyton's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
Thank you so much for visiting my page! My name is Peyton Mulholland and I am a 16 year old student at Summit High School! I am so excited to be the candidate for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign for my team, gotCUREage. This campaigns goal is to raise as much money as possible for LLS's mission from January 8th to March 1st, 2025.
I think that my team's involvement in this LLS fundraiser will make a difference in people's lives and will help the fight against blood cancer. Several of my team members have had a family member impacted by blood cancer and my Great Aunt Nancy, died when she was only 51 years old and her two daughters were about my age. Seeing how cancer has affected those around me has made myself and the gotCUREage team committed to fundraising for anyone affected by blood cancer in any way.
By supporting the research pillar, the money raised will help to advance blood cancer treatments and lead to more scientific discoveries that will help save the lives of many patients. Serving as the gotCUREage team captain has also been a great leadership experience for me and it has also helped me to better understand the complexities that cancer patients and their families live with on a daily basis.
I am determined to leave my mark on the fight against cancer to the best of my ability. I know that I cannot do this alone and I am looking for any support that you can offer. Please consider supporting my campaign and the mission of LLS by making a tax-deductible donation to this online fundraising page. I am so grateful to be apart of such an impactful campaign and I believe that every single contribution will make a difference.
Peyton's Student Visionaries of the Year Fundraiser
Visionaries look to the future—and see infinite possibility.
They challenge the status quo—and make the impossible possible.
They boldly imagine a better world – and lead the charge to create it.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was built on that same vision - of a better world - one without blood cancers.
I am a visionary; I have a vision for a world without cancer, but I need your help.
This year, I’m proud to be a part of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, working to raise as much as possible for LLS’s mission.
As a global leader in the fight against blood cancer, LLS:
- Funds cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
- Provides free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
- Mobilizes thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
Please consider joining this fight by making a donation. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax-deductible. Please visit my website often and tell friends who would also like to donate!
Thanks to your support, my efforts will help ensure this generation is the last to see cancer.
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere, thank you!
