Hello, friends and family!                              

Brandon and I are starting 2023 by working on a project we are really passionate about—helping kids fight cancer.  We realize that we are so fortunate to be healthy but not all kids are as lucky.  We have joined the team Fighting for Families in their mission to raise money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) Student Visionaries of the Year campaign in an effort to provide the funding for research and better treatments.  A child being diagnosed with cancer essentially means the whole family fights with them. From now through March 18, local Chicagoland high school students and their teams compete to raise as much money as possible to cure blood cancers (40% of pediatric cancers are blood cancers).

We joined the team because the lives of too many of our friends and family members have been taken from us due to cancer. Brandon and I are blessed with time and resources to do something and make an impact. We hope to make a difference in the lives of people fighting blood and other cancers.
