THANK YOU to everyone who has already donated; I greatly appreciate your support!
If you haven't had a chance to donate to the campaign yet, please know that you still have time to contribute! My campaign ends in 4 DAYS and every dollar counts. Your donations will help fund crucial blood cancer research performed by LLS that can help find the cure for cancer! My team, Haques and Friends vs. Cancer, and I are just a few hundred dollars away from reaching our stretch goal of $30,000!
Please watch my inspirational video about my uncle Usman Haque who currently has chronic leukemia using the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McNa3Owmuqw&t=13s.

Thank You For The Support!
Hello everyone,
I would like to inform you that we have officially raised our initial goal of $20,000! It was certainly a challenge, and it took a lot of planning and communication. However, in about four weeks, we hit our initial goal! Thank you to donors for expressing support towards the campaign, watching the video, and funding blood cancer research performed by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society!!
However, we are not done yet. Just because you didn't donate earlier in the past four weeks doesn't mean you cannot donate right now. My campaign will last for another three weeks, which means YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO CONTRIBUTE! Every dollar counts towards the campaign and LLS, and however much you donate will certainly go towards helping many that suffer from blood cancers!
Thank you so much for visiting my personal fundraising page, and please donate generously towards my LLS Campaign!
Welcome to the Campaign!
Hello!
My name is Maaz Haque; I am a Students of the Year candidate and the leader of the fundraising team Haques and Friends vs. Cancer. I dedicated this campaign to my uncle, Usman Haque, who currently has chronic leukemia and was diagnosed with it in 2011. He's one of my role models, and he has achieved so much in his fulfilling life despite the adversity brought about by his cancer. I have recently published a video that displays his battle against cancer and his triumphs in life, and the Youtube link to see the video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McNa3Owmuqw. I want to make a good impact in the world, and, hopefully, this campaign may serve as an outlet to fulfill that purpose.
Thank you for coming to visit my fundraising page and to hear my personal story. My fundraising goal is a minimum of $20,000, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could please donate generously through this page. Once you've done that incredible task, help spread the word by sharing the link to this fundraising page with your friends, family, and other contacts. It takes all of us to help beat cancer, and I know that you can most certainly help in the cause of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
-Maaz Haque
Maaz's Students of the Year Fundraiser
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page, welcome!
I encourage you to join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. By donating to LLS, you support the many facets of LLS’s mission work from investing in groundbreaking research, providing education and support to patients, and advocating at the state and federal level for legislation to help those living with cancer. My appreciation for your support cannot be overstated — each and every dollar donated to LLS brings us closer to our goal to end blood cancer and makes an impact for cancer patients and their families.
As a global leader in the fight to end cancer, LLS is committed to doing more for blood cancer patients and families than any organization in the world. LLS’s signature fundraising campaigns drive critical support for its mission, including a nearly $1.3 billion investment in cutting edge cancer research worldwide since it was founded in 1949. Since the 1960s, survival rates for many blood cancer patients have doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled.
Every facet of LLS’s mission – research, education and support, and policy and advocacy – work in harmony to put blood cancer patients and their families first. LLS has helped millions impacted by cancer throughout its more than 70-year history, even funding breakthrough blood cancer research to advance lifesaving treatments and cures that is now helping patients with other cancers and diseases. That is why at LLS we say that beating cancer is in our blood.
Please visit my website as often as you can and share it with everyone you know who would also like to join us in the fight against cancer. Together, we have the power, the passion and the resolve to achieve a world without blood cancer. All donations are tax-deductible.
On behalf of cancer patients and their families everywhere, I sincerely thank you for your support!
