Hi All!

I have seen people struggle with cancer for as long as I can remember.  When I was 9 years old, my grandma was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. She was shuffled in and out of hospitals and went through multiple sessions of chemo before passing away last May. Seeing her weak and bed ridden for her last few years of life made me feel helpless; I vowed to do all I could to help cure this disease. 

   I am honored to have been nominated as a Student of the Year candidate for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. Compared to other blood cancer nonprofits, LLS is the largest funder of cutting-edge research to advance cures; this research saves lives. These revolutionary new treatments originally discovered through blood cancer research are now being tested in clinical trials for other cancers.

I am building a team to help me raise money to cure cancer. Our team name is the Cancer Curesaders. I am asking you to be on my team because you are very academically motivated and a strong leader. Our goal is to raise 50,000! You will receive tons of support from both me and the LLS staff. We will work together to cure cancer!
