Hi! My name is Samantha Quinones, and I am a junior at Scottsdale Prep. I first found out about LLS last year, when I participated as a team member under the team Mission Possible, led by my mentor, Sasha Anand. I was inspired by LLS’s mission and I am so grateful I get to make an even bigger difference this year with my co-candidates, Manavi Voorakarnam and Pranathi Yernena, during this 7 week campaign. Our campaign this year is for our amazing honored hero, Morgan Gonzales. She survived peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and is currently cancer free. She is so incredibly kind and strong, and I am so excited to work with her and further LLS's goal of a cancer free future. Our team, Not in Vein, has chosen the mission pillar "Advocacy," and we cannot wait to make a difference in the world with your help!
