Hi,

My name is Mateo Martinez and one of the things I live for is to help others live a more joyful and healthy life through service and my love of God. I do this in many ways such as doing community service with organizations like Key Club, Feed My Starving Children, and Phoenix's Andre House of Hospitality. However, I have recently learned the true extent to how cancer, especially Leukemia and Lymphoma, leads to tragedy in the lives of everyday people. This led me to become a Student Visionary of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) so I can join the fight against cancer by raising as much as possible for LLS’s mission. Hopefully, I can play a part in leading to a world without it.  

Although I love serving my community, I have never done it alone. This is why I'm asking people like you to help.

By donating, you can help LLS:

• Fund cutting-edge research leading to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, genomics, and personalized medicine that are improving and saving the lives of patients
• Provide free education and support for blood cancer patients and families, including personalized, one-on-one support, assistance with identifying and enrolling in clinical trials, and more.
• Mobilize thousands of advocates to drive policy changes that accelerate the development of new cancer treatments and break down barriers to care.
