The Milwaukee Oyster Roast will be one the more unique events you'll attend this year. Popular in South Carolina and other "low country" states, oyster roasts generally involve copious amounts of freshly-steamed oysters and plenty of beer, wine, music and fun! It's so simple...we can't imagine why it took so long to get up to Milwaukee!
The day features all-you-can-eat, steamed South Carolina oysters alongside a mouthwatering mix of creole and comfort foods provided by Milwaukee's very own Maxie’s. This year we're shipping 50 bushels of "cluster" oysters up from Bowens Island, South Carolina, home of one of the most renowned oyster shacks in the U.S. Our master shuckers steam the oysters right in front of you so you get 'em HOT and you get 'em FAST! Guaranteed! These will be the best oysters you stomach in 2018!
