This race was founded by Lori (TNT coach) and Tim McConnell, owners of West Seattle Runner in memory of their dear friend Andrea who passed away in 2013 from cancer, and in honor of Lori's sister who is now cancer free! 100% of the proceeds from this race benefit LLS, and your donation will only help to increase our total impact.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) continued advancements over the years are responsible for blood cancer survival rates doubling, tripling and even quadrupling in some cases. Many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with other cancers and diseases.
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
We really are changing the face of blood cancer, but we still have a long way to go and the time is now to make it happen! We're all in this together!
