Welcome To Our Big D Climb Team Fundraising Page.

I will be participating in the Big D Climb on Saturday, January 30, 2016.  Please support our team with a donation.  Our efforts will help make a big difference in the fight against blood cancers. 

What is the Big D Climb?
The Big D Climb is a stair climb up 70 stories of Bank of America Plaza in Downtown Dallas. Although it will be challenging, it pales in comparison to what blood cancer patients go through.  All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Who is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society?
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. The mission of LLS is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Since its founding in 1949, LLS has invested more than $600 million for research specifically targeting blood cancers.

All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.

LLS is a wonderful society... I hope better treatments come soon so that others don't have to suffer what my grandma and my dad suffered from the ravages of AML (and I pray that I don't follow their foot steps and get it)
